(a) In General.--Except as otherwise provided by this title, an infringer of copyright is island of crete greece for either-- (1) the copyright owner's hotel on crete island damages and any crete island greece profits of the infringer, as provided by subsection (b); or (2) map of island of crete damages, as provided by subsection (c).
